Data Analytics Project: Exploring Argentine Drivers in Formula 1 & Franco Colapinto’s Debut Season
This project focuses on analyzing the performance of Argentine drivers in Formula 1, with a special emphasis on Franco Colapinto’s 2024 debut season. As an Argentine and a passionate F1 fan, I was motivated by Colapinto’s entry into F1 after more than 15 years without Argentine representation. This project was a perfect opportunity to merge my love for motorsport with data analysis, allowing me to explore a topic that genuinely excites me while showcasing my SQL skills in a real-world scenario.

A Data-Driven Passion: Predicting the F1 2024 Champion
Combining my passion for Formula 1 with my expertise in data analysis, I tackled a challenging project: predicting the chances of Verstappen, Norris, and Leclerc winning the 2024 F1 Drivers’ Championship with only 6 races left. Using Monte Carlo simulations, Excel macros, and data visualization in Canva, I created a professional-grade report, later published in an Italian motorsport magazine.
